A message from the CEO
Hello everyone, Yuki here!
Our company is a university-originated startup that leverages unprecedented robotic and tactile technologies to tackle fundamental social issues, such as labor shortages due to Japan’s aging population. I believe that robots hold unlimited potential to improve society and bring about dramatic changes to the world. However, only a handful of products have reached a standard that is genuinely useful. There are countless technical challenges and hurdles to overcome, but I consider the lack of tactile perception in autonomous robot applications to be a root cause of many technological problems. This is one of our core identities.
It has been three years since our establishment. Personally, I feel we have yet to achieve even a fraction of what we set out to accomplish at the time of our founding. The vision I had for what FingerVision should contribute to society has only expanded over time as our business develops and progresses and we encounter and overcome various customer challenges, making our goals even grander and more ambitious. This is a testament to the higher expectations and greater potential surrounding our business and technology that I experience daily.
The foundation of these expectations and the excellence of our products undoubtedly lies in our top-tier talent and our exceptional team. We are a small, elite team, but honestly, I have yet to see another team with such an outstanding lineup. Building the best and strongest robotics team is my single most important mission.
I am committed to dedicating myself fully to creating a team and environment that is highly exciting and totally professional, but at the same time playful and spirited.
