We will participate in the world's largest technology exhibition CES 2024, to be held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 9th to 12th, 2024, as well as side events for the media Unveiled@CES2024 and ShowStoppers2024. After rigorous screening by JETRO and the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), we have decided to exhibit at the Japan (J-Startup) Pavilion. We will accelerate our expansion into North America starting with our participation in CES!
◆Purpose of participation
FingerVision celebrated its third year in business in October 2023, and is moving from the research and development phase that started with university-based core technology to the fully-fledged implementation phase that will lead to commercialization and dissemination. As we accelerate our business development in various industries and applications, we are planning to expand our robotics technology, including tactile sensing manipulation, to the United States during this fiscal year.
This year's CES exhibition is a significant stepping stone in achieving this goal.
At the exhibition, we will be demonstrating a collaborative robot equipped with a vision-based tactile sensor. Using actual machines, we will highlight our past achievements in Japan in a wide range of industries and applications such as automobiles, industrial materials, three-product industries, agriculture, logistics, and restaurants. We fully intend to achieve the same successes in the US arena.
